I've got quite the LCD here.
Little thing, very little.
About a centimeter across.

Came out of an old JVC camcorder, and I do have the entire eyepiece assembly.
I've seen other ones where it's simple composite input, but in this case, I didn't get so lucky.

THANKFULLY, I don't expect this to be "too" terribly complicated.

That would be the datasheet for the IC on the board that was in the eyepiece.
From what I can tell, it can take "some form" of RGB input.
And just scanning through this, it looks like it might even take S-Video, which would be just un-freaking-believably great.

Now while I know a good deal about embedded electronics, this is something I'm unfamiliar with, and would like not to screw up.

Any help I can get on this would just be AWESOME.

That's unexpected!

Really more than anything I'd just like to be able to hook up RGB inputs to this thing.
Again, I just want some input so I don't screw this up on the first try I've only got one of these!

If anyone could explain how to rig up RGB or S-Video input to this thing that'd just be great.

CSync appears to be connected at pin 5. R, G, and B connect to pins 72, 71, and 70, respectively. For VGA, connect VSync to pin 10. From the description of pins 70-72 on page 8 of the datasheet, it sounds like you need to set a pin to change the input mode, but I can't find it.

It's an LCD from a camcorder's viewfinder.
Nice little thing, and surprising resolution considering how small it is.
