How do i go about connecting this controller directly to the psone mobo?

desolder the controller port from the mobo. strip the controller cord up by the plug and draw a map of where each wire goes into the port. then just match them up with the holes on the board. the pins on the board are the same as the port, just flipped 90 degrees
