Holy crap, a mega jet! I thought those things were almost nonexistent nowdays. I wouldn't destroy one of those to make a portable. They are too hard to find.

I hope that whoever buys it takes REALLY good care of it. And not cut it up into a portable. That would kill me.

No, it's a semi-portable sega genesis. That just plugs straight into your tv and runs off of wall power. Then you plug your cart into it and the controller is built in. They weren't made for very long.

I thought that they were rented out to jet passengers to play while on a trip. I can't remember where I heard that though.

I read that on wikipedia. It said that was how the original japan release was used but i never saw it verified anywere else.

Don't you dare "portablize" one of those, it's so rare! Find a broken Sega Nomad and take out the power-whore LCD, and use the ultra small motherboard.
