Need an auto-FTPing backup program

Need an auto-FTPing backup program

So I want to backup a special folder every day, just in case crap happens. I have a server downstairs that has FTP server installed and I want a program that is free to FTP that special folder every day or every 12 hours to the server. I need a program that could just "set and forget" it. I also want to make consecutive copies, so there are multiple copies of the folder there.

Any suggestions?
