does anybody have a pinout for to power plug on the n64? also, where on the battery should i put the grounds?

a lot of schematics have positive and gnd, unless it's otherwise stated, gnd is usually negative

I was looking at the psu of my n64 and it says that the 12 uses .8 amps and the 3.3 uses 2.7. How do I come up with that much power (for the 3.3 volt)?

Well, thats the ammount of mA it uses in an hour. (Hence the h in mAh).
That just means a 3.3v 3A battery will last just over an hour, and a 3.3v 1.5A battery will last ~ 30 minutes.
