Well I cant begin to understand who would build a Genesis-Sega CD-32X Handheld. The games for the Sega CD were too few, and the 32X only had a handful.
I'd say the hardest would be the NGC. Why? Well unlike the PS2 you dont have anything you can really move around that much, remove completely (heatsink) and its already what Nintendo calls portable (or atlast travel friendly).

i made a sega cdx portable...it works with 32x as well and is now my absolute most favorite system. The Sega CD and 32x were fantastic systems despite popular belief, you just have to know what games to get. For example, Space Harrier and After Burner 32X were the first arcade pertfect version available for any home console and are amazing on 32x. Spiderman 32X and Tempo are also great games. The Sega CD had many great titles as well including Popful Mail (my favorite RPG), Sonic CD (my favorite Sonic), Robo Aleste, Silpheed (one of my favorite shooters), Microcosm, Lunars, and others. Don't underestimate a console just because it wasn't a success...there's still good stuff out there

Well I'm not saying the genesis-sega cd-32X would suck or the systems were not a success. Its just its three systems, thats a lot of power and weight. Anyways I've played the sega cd (own a broken one) and it has a few great games but its not really that spectacular and the 32X had what a hand full of games?
