Will this power my gamecube?

Hi-Power Polymer Li-Ion Battery Pack for Airsoft Gun: 11.1V 4000 mAh from Batteryspace. Will the 12v input on the psu accept 11.1v? or will I have to use a nasty step-up? Will it accept 14v?

Check out the thread ShockSlayer made on how to make the gamecube work off normal 7.2v packs, it will get more battery life, and will also be cheaper.

But than I will need a step-down for the other 3 voltages.

(I think they are 1.5v, 3.3v, and 5v)

According to techknott(or however one spells that

) The GC's psu will run off as low as 10v! So, that battery will be great!

Thanks. Now, How would I charge it without buying the nasty smart-charger that costs between $50-$75? The battery alone is already $70!

I'm on a budget, here! I still need the screen, too!

According to ER's readings, the GC itself uses about 8.5w. LED modded PSone screen uses about 3-4w (depending on how efficient your regulator is). Thats about 12w total. That battery is about 44wh, so you'll get at least 3, maybe 4, hours of play.
Maybe one of batteryspaces other chargers will work, they're only ~$30. You might want to spend the extra though, the expensive chargers balance the cells, which should help the pack last longer.
