Want to buy: 3rd party N64 Controller

Post by Mario »

I'm working on an N64 portable and need a third party controller. If you have one, I'd like it to be very small, so the insides are compact. I'll pay $10-15 if you have one. I'll pay shipping separate.

I've contacted people in the past, but they never replied. So honest sellers only, please.

The thrift store by me has had one the last couple weeks, I'll see if they still have it when I go today. No idea about the board size, but you could probably chop it down as much as you need.

EDIT: I just got back, they didn't have one. I'll keep watching for them, though.

I'd also like to buy an N64. You must check the barcode on the bottom and see if the first 4 characters are either "NS10", "NS11", "NS12", or "NS13". I'd be willing to pay $15-20 apiece, not including shipping.

I have now replied to your PM. Please reply promptly.

I got a Superpad. But now I'm really considering making a N64, so you'll have to offer and see if the money means more to me.

Never heard of the Superpad before, looked it up on eBay and found I can get it for $15 shipped. I'll just buy one off eBay, but can you open it up and show me the board? I want to see how small it is.

I didn't remove the board because the analog is hot glued to the case (you can replace it with a smaller one from a newer controller). I think you can chop it down a good deal, almost any controller would need cut down, the main draw is the analog joystick.

I'll sell you mine for $12 shipped. I decided I want to make something else.
