converting videos to the zune

What software have you guys had the best luck with. I want to convert some scrubs for my friend for Christmas.

Mediacoder. I use it all the time for the HTPC and PDA (512x384 @ 85% and 320x240 65% XviD for both, respectively), but it has functions built in for tons of devices.
