NES color scheme problem

On all of my games, the color scheme is wrong. Meaning all of the colors of the characters, backgrounds, etc aren't what they should be. It's weird, the colors are bright pastel colors. Can you please tell me what to do to fix this problem?

Try adjusting your TV's color and brightness settings.

Thanks, I've tried that, but it's not a problem with the color settings on the TV. It's a problem with the NES. Any other solutions?

Not that I know of, sorry. Are you sure it's not the TV? Try it on another if you can.
