2.5mm(Headset) to bluetooth?

Hey guys. I have an old blackberry 6700. Its ancient. It has a 2.5mm Headset slot. Is there a type of adapter that I can get that converts that slot to bluetooth? I have a very nice motorola universal bluetooth headset.

They have listings for between $30 and $60.

Why would you want to have another thing in your pocket plugged into your phone, eating batteries, just to have a wireless earphone (also eating batteries)? Just use a wired set; it's much cheaper. (Then again I don't see the appeal of bluetooth headsets anyway; the damn phone's less than 2 feet away in your pocket anyway.)
