Hey guys, I've been interested in modding for a year or two now and I finally decided to join this site after lurking for the longest time. Instead of making my first post be some "help me" topic, I wanted to wait until I had some basic mods under my belt before I would post. And, I finally have some petty projects done, so here's my post. Since there are a lot of pictures, I'll just give you the link to the photobucket album:

And, here are descriptions of the projects:
Pics 1-3: DSLite case mod. My second venture in modding anything. I just switched parts from a white and a black DSLite. Really basic, but I think it turned out really well!

Pics 4-5: My latest mod, and the only one that required any skills of some sort. I swapped the A and B buttons on a Gamecube controller to play Megaman Anniversary Collection with the correct controls. (Now I just need to get the game to play it!) Pic 6: Gameboy with NES buttons. Nothing special, but it's still really sweet.

Pics 7-10: The world's only MP3 player that is good for your dental health! This is actually the second version of the iFloss that I've made--and it's unfinished--but the basic idea is still the same. (The first model had a belt loop and it actually dispensed floss!). It's a little lame because the only tools I used were a little knife and the floss from the original container (seen keeping the iPod in place).
"No teacher, I'm not listening to music; I'm flossing!" I haven't used that line yet, but I'm sure it will (not) work.

Pics 11-14: Not much of a mod anyway, but there's this site where you can print out covers for old games and I made some cases for a few of my gameboy games. If you want to check it out it's http://www.thecoverproject.net

Last few pictures: This was my very first mod and I'm pretty proud of it, despite its lameness. I dropped my blue SP one day and the screen broke, so I combined it with parts from a black SP. Nothing too special, but it was my first mod, so it holds a special place in my heart. Plus, this is what got me into modding in the first place!

Well, that's it so far. Right now I'm in the middle of making a handmade NESp from Ben's book. Hopefully it will turn out well.
