Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!
I took apart an original Nintendo by destroying the case (had no tool to do it) and the mobo was much bigger than i thought it would be so i want to make a new better case for it. I made the case out of plexiglass so it would be mostly transparent and i want to put some kind of neon (or any bright colored light) so the console would glow when turned on. does anyone have any ideas on what lights i should use or how to hook it up with the console?
well i kept the original power supply and i dont think LED's would be bright enouph but a cathode tube looks like it would do the job perfectly. Should i just connect it to the power of the snes or would that drop the voltage/ amps needed to power the console?
