weapon: like the actual console for 3 bucks!?!?!?!?!? (i got mine at a thrift shop with 2 controllers for like $20

Yeah. They were the original PSXs not the PS1, NO cables or anything tho. I was this close -><- to buying all of them. They had about 8 of 'em. I was thinking of heading back for an unrelated purchase. I could pick you up one.

that ribbon is attached to the laser pickup itself, i think you're asking for a ribbon extension cable, they sell those at rich's PSX parts

I live in Minnesota and I ship all the time to Canada. It's not that more expensive. The PSX is the original model of the playstation. The PS1 is the smaller one. Whoever wants one, get back to me in the next day or so and I'll pick one up. Just remember, you are paying shipping.

you wouldnt have been able to use it anyway, as i said before the one inside a PSone is soldered to the laser pickup itself so using that as an extender would be difficult and probably not be long enough. i bought one of those extension ribbons and it's pretty long, should be perfect for moving the laser into a portable

the lasers all use the exact same connector. the reason this extension cable is made is so that you can extend the ribbon of a PSone laser (more reliable) to use it in older models of PSX. it will work just fine for you.
