is there any way to fix pixels?
i have a gc screen with a horizontal line of pixels.

When bad pixels happen, its most likely from an impact with something(like being dropped). There is no way to fix the problem, because the fracture is in the LCD display glass. There is no way to go in and repair it because we're talking almost nano-technology here. The best thing to do is find another display unit with a broken driver board, remove it, and hook it up to yours.

I used a laptop with a broken screen the other day at school. Everyone was asking me to fix it. I just told them I couldn't, because they know absolutely nothing about computers except how to use a mouse. I just hooked up an extra CRT to it.
Back on topic: You said there is an entire row of single pixels not working? open the screen and see if there's a broken connection or something. I think the screen you are describing uses an array of vertical and horizontal traces to make images, so one of the horizontal traces might be shot.
A pic would be helpful, if that's possible.
