How do i make a Rom out of my GBA games, and can I also get the save file off?? (I need something compatible with the GBA SP)

I have a cartridge dumping/writing device. I could do it for you, but that's illegal. I use it for my own flash cart use though, and also dump games, modify them, and write them to my cartridge.
