What type of power adapter?

I just picked up a cheap PC sub/amp from GW today and it didn't come with a power adapter. Is there an easy way to find out what input this thing requires? It doesn't have any markings on the inside or outside that would tell me a manufacturer or anything. Just blank.

The first thing the power trace touches is a 2200uf, 25V cap if that helps.

9V is pretty standard on input voltages for speakers. If you have them try 5V,9V, and then 12V.

And what about amperage? I would imagine that would be important.

Anything over an amp should be fine.

Okay, I found an unused adapter that outputs 5V at 1.5A, it seems to work fine.
