nes/famicom light gun schematics

Hello, I`m looking for zapper gun complete schematics and pin wiring. This one has no IC, only ir led, transistor and a few resistors (maybe even one) and the connector to nes (clone) has 15 pins (3 wires only used).

One wire is power. One wire is trigger pulled one wire is the sensor. Pinouts are on nesdev.pardodius.com I think.
