Phat or slim, modded or not, doesn't matter. Preferably with a decent sized memory stick, but it's not a necessity. However, his wallet isn't exactly bursting with cash at the moment, so cheap is best.
Also, still looking for an N64 expansion pack, as well as Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Jet Force Gemini for the N64. Megaman 7, X, X2, X3, Chrono Trigger and Super Mario World 2 for the Snes. Maybe a Retro Duo or the like. Just want to test the water here before trying to buy on ebay or the like.

I know. But anybody here with a PSP that cheap has either fixed the UMD drive, or modded it. They could easily get $100+, I doubt they would sell for $60.
I have a clear PSP phat with an SNES dpad mod, and a 6000mah li-ion cell where the UMD drive used to be (I used to have a bigger cell, but I needed it for something else). I would sell it for $150, maybe $110 if I take the spare cell out.
Also, try craigslist.
