When I originally saw this, I wanted to say "wires and solder", but that is actually the answer that you are looking for.

I'd recommend looking up tutorials for soldering and basic electronics. Ben Heckendorn's book "Hacking Video Game Consoles" is a fantastic resource and teaches you how to do just about everything. If you're a complete beginner, I say get that book.

Ok thanks for the help i'll use wire and solder and pick up a copy of the book
