Need help finding someway to connect these wires

Hey guys I need help connecting these wires without soldering. An IDE cable from a floppy drive fits but the pins dont match up properly with the wires, this is the two types of connections i need made:

So any idea on what i can buy to do this? I dont want to solder these conenctions together (rohs compliant plus i burned last board).

You need to remove the plugs on both sides and solder wires to connect to its corresponding place. If you don't solder, you will regret it. Soldering is not difficult, use a pencil-tipped soldering iron.

That looks like a standard motherboard switch connector :

Just plug it in and just use the pins needed.

You can solder directly to those pins. Just apply flux and solder away. Back when I modded PCs I soldered the wires to the motherboard as I didn't have any extra headers.

its like a motherboard header but the spacing is that of a IDE cable from a floppy drive, anyone know something to that spec?????
