Exactly. I'd rather have an actual countdown timer (too).
So, I wonder if there are any hidden content on the site that you can trigger by clicking certain areas of the animation.

Cool, looks like they haven't forgotten about the series just yet!

Though I'm bummed that there's not an actual sequel or new title, a remake (3D, I'm assuming) is great, and I'll most certainly be buying a DS Lite and a copy of the game. Hopefully this is more of a market test to see how well a new Chrono game would bode, in which case I BEG you all to go give this one a try. I know plenty of people still haven't actually experienced the game, and this would be the perfect opportunity to do just that.
