Portable Consoles and Electronics Business Idea

Anyone with some techincal know-how and portable console building experience/proficiency interested in starting an online business selling these things. I've got pages upon pages of web, advertising, marketing, financial, and business plans and concepts about this and I would love to get some feedback and swap ideas.
