Controller Mod

I have searched the site and found a few good tips on modding my controller, but I still have two questions that are unanswered:

1) If I wanted to make a new case, how would I go about doing this?

2) Is it safe to cut the circuit board, and if so, with what?

1) Read the forum topics, answers everthing.

2) craft knife is fine sometimes, or use a circle cutter on a dremel - make sure you wear goggles and breathing mask.
