WTB: PS3 controller for disabled person...HELP

I'm a disabled man who was a huge gamer from NES days until PS2 days. I've recently found adaptive gaming sites & want to get back to my days of playing Madden & NCAA. Ben's Access Controller is amazing, but I'm not sure it is for me. My dexterity is quite limited; my arms barely move, my index finger on 1 hand works well, my other hand controls a PC mouse. Here's what I'd need:

~Easy to push small buttons
~VERY easy to push small directional stick or even mouth operated.
~The Direction stick on one piece with the X, Square, O, and Triangle on a separate piece (Like Ben's 1 handed 360 control when unstrapped) with close proximity to each other.
~Possibly L1, L2, R1, & R2 modded to small buttons near the other 4.

I'd really like to get back to gaming. If any modders out there are willing to try this, please PM me. We can negotiate pricing.
