If you run short on AAA batteries. And need the really bad. Just crack open a 9v Battery: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/360955/9_ ... surprised/

And if you need some Button cell batteries. Just crack open a small 12v battery and You'll have 6: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/773138/12 ... surprised/

I might try these ideas one day soon.

You'd actually have 8, but okay.
Anyone else not know this? :P

You get AAAAs from 9v batteries, by the way.

You guys have seriously NEVER tried this?

It's not. The AAAA's have a shorter run time than the AAA's, but that's just because of the size. I do special effects at a theatre, and I use this trick all the time. Works great.

Hmm. I actually was not familiar with either of these, but now I know where to get AAAA batteries. They are a pain to find in stores and I used to have a light that ran on them.
