LED blinking, annoying

so i got everything mounted in my case and works fine except, 1 of my LED's on my psone modded screen just keeps blinking rapidly. its highly annoying. ive checked the ground and power points and they are fine, soldered exactly at the same point as the other 2 LED's which work fine. any ideas? or is it just broke

oh my radioshack only carries LED as small as 5mm so to get a 3mm id have to order it and wait a week or pay $10 for a LED to get it sooner... and im sooo close to being finished

Those LEDs are burnt out from over-voltage. Before long they will quit entirely. Change em, and use a higher value resister so it doesn't happen again.
