i think i may be over posting new topics so ill just keep all my questions to this thread... as my name persists im sure ill have more
ok so im pretty sure i fried my fc twin so i decided to just go with a more basic portable for my 1st project using the snes mini. however i do have 1 question about making a a/v out port as well as a grnd for the a/v.
1. when i wire the a/v to the psone screen i put the ground on the screen where ben had outlined, correct?(with lcd facing up, the upper left area)
2. if i make a a/v out do i need to put some type of switch so my screen isnt just always on when im playing on the tv or will it knock itself out. if so how would i initiate the switch, ive looked through pages and pages of the old board posts and didnt see anything about how to wire a/v out sorry if already asked.
thanks in advance for help

Yes, you'll need to place a switch on either the power or the ground going to the screen if you don't want it on when hooked up to a TV.
No, you don't have to connect to ground specifically where he showed it. There are many places to connect to ground. I like to connect to the bit of metal near the screwposts because it's easy to solder to, but there are other spots on the board that are actually labeled "Ground 1" and "Ground 2" and so on if you look closely enough. (Or is it "GND 1"? I can't remember)
