Making a Pandora's battery/memory stick in Mac OS X

I have read countless threads about how to modify batteries, install things on memory sticks, flash firmwares, blah blah blah. I am not that experienced with all this, so I've come to you guys so that I don't brick my new PSP...

Basically I have my new PSP slim, with factory installed FW 3.80. I have my old PSP phat with 3.52 M33-4. I have a 1 GB official Sony Memory Stick. I have my computer with with Mac OS X 10.5.2. I don't have access to a PC to use one of the "easy installer" GUIs that are around.

I am open to either hard-modding or soft-modding a battery, I've got an extra one anyway. I just want to know how to make a Pandora Battery and "magic" memory stick to flash my PSP slim. I've read all kinds of tutorials that give me step by step instructions, but all require a PC. There' got to be a way around that, right?

1X 1/8'' to RCA stereo Adapater

he cant run a check on stuff though for mem stick. Some of the programs are made just for windows or linux. The mag mem files are floating around though.
