Is this right? (Series circuit order) - Unsolved

The 7805 should reduce the 9.6v to 5v. You don't need to add resistors or anything.

That was my thought! Grah! Then why isn't my battery working? It works nicely on a NES!

Thats the exact battery I bought, and it is hooked up to the original NES power cord (It was broken, so i salvaged it

woot)

Is there anything that could be causing this? When i hook it up it makes a noise (actually, the TV does..)

I fixed it! I got the + and - in the wire I used to connect the RC battery connector and the DC in confused.
