I've been a long-time lurker of these forums. There's always been great information here! This time I thought it was time to post one of my own.
I noticed that around the end of the year someone tried the Cyberhome player in an attempt to convert it to a usable screen. You gave up too soon..
Several of us at the Propeller (Microcontroller) forum thought we'd give it another go, and it's working as a composite NTSC monitor. Not bad for $19.
I got it working last night..

I have to ask, does this player support JPEG slideshows? It'd make an awesome Digital Picture Frame hack, on top of the obvious portablizing.
