So have you bought a Black DS lite, but then you took the shell off and put on another colored one?
Well I want to make my DS a different color cus I got the crappy iPod white one when they first came out but I want a official replacement shell so I know it is not going to break when I drop it.
I drop my DS a lot and it just has a few scratches lol!
So does anybody have one, if not can you tell me if this is a good shell?

Thanks.
EDIT:Just to clarify, I want a official Nintendo shell because I know they do not break easily, thats the only reason really.

You could get a broken Graphite DS lite on eBay for around 30 dollars.
Search for "DS lite as is"
If you're looking at this post and it was made before 2008, just ignore it.

Shock! cases are actually almost better quality than the stock, official cases. I like mine very much!
I'd recommend getting one. Though buying a broken DS isn't a bad idea...

You could put a Wii wrist strap on it, put that around your wrist, then it won't break if you drop it...

I think that was sarcasm. If you throw the Wiimote hard enough, the strap will snap. Happened to me.
Just don't throw your DS.
