No video on 478 mobo

I have a socket 478 microATX mobo that I got about a year ago to make a LAN rig, and it worked great with my radeon 9800 Pro, but later I needed to take it out and move it to another computer. Now I've tried to run it without the card and I get no video, I've done a multitude of things to get it to work, I even temporarily tried to run it without the old video card! Now I just need some help on what to do. Symptoms are as follows with Mobo, RAM, and PSU
plugged in: I can hear it power on, the monitor turns green for only a second.
I no clue what it could be, but I want to get it to work before I get another video card for it

Try checking your BIOS, usually there is a setting to use a video card or the internal video.

Reset the BIOS. Usually there's a jumper for it (check your manual) that you briefly connect to clear the BIOS while off. If there isn't a jumper, pull the CMOS battery and let it sit for a couple of days.
