dreamcast acting odd and i really really need help

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

dreamcast acting odd and i really really need help

every time i turn on my dc it will load halfway then turn off kind of at the start up thing where u have to set the time and junk. and wen i say kind of the led is still on and the fan is still on and everything except for the video and audio junk. could ne body help me out please?[/u]

did you check with other games
if those other games work did you shut the dreamcast off while it was loading somthing if you did you ruined the disc by laser warp

classic reset problem dissasemble. take off the power supply bend the pins for better contact reassemble

As someone who knows a lot about DC, i'd say that would be the classic reset problem. IF that doesn't fix it... Who knows...

I have problems with my dreamcast, the cd drive is doing NOTHING!!! Every time I try to play anything I get a insert game cd message, I should buy a new 'cast

Try tweaking the DC laser pot. Have a multimeter handy and do not go below 180. Read this for more.
