Im new to building computers, I need some help, got some basis from new egg and what not but still need some opinions and help
Someone mentioned to me something about dual video cards, I dont remember, all I remember was something about nvidia motherboard. Anyone got an idea?
heres the hardware i've picked out.

Power Supply - ?? Need some help with this one, dont know how to see if it will be the proper amount.

The dual video card is called SLi for nVidia cards and Crossfire for ATI cards.
As for a video card, I would suggest an EVGA 8800GTS.
Power supply - 700 watt or more is sufficient, get a GOOD BRAND that has GOOD REVIEWS.
You also will need a case, also look at the reviews and get a ATX case. I personally have a NZXT Apollo (and like it a lot), but you can choose any other one pretty much.
