controlpad help!!!
my x butten isnt acting right its like its being pusted down but it not can anyone help???
ok, well first off the whole point of a forum is to communicate clearly with correctly spelled words and correct grammar.
Now, with your controller we have no freaking clue what the hell you have happening. Are you using the original pcb or are you using tact switches? Is this an un modded controller? what controller are you using? Trust me there are several different ones. Are all of your connections correct? hell take a picture if you really want, MAKE IT A GOOD ONE nobody knows how to take a half decent picture, if it is blurry DON'T POST IT.
^ the picture thing is just my little beef, but i'm sure 90% of the people on here will agree with me!
Good Luck

WTF is a butten? I suppose you mean button. Also, I am assuming "pusted" means pushed. I can't understand what you're saying. It's acting like it is being pushed but it isn't acting like it's being pushed down? Whatever the problem is, buy a new controller. PS2 DualShock II's work fine on PS1's.clenteastwood wrote:my x butten isnt acting right its like its being pusted down but it not can anyone help???
EDIT: BTW, You spelled Clint Eastwood wrong.

Dude, If you have any common sense and problem solving skills, you would be able to tell what he is saying. And why are you telling him to go buy something when you don't know what the problem is nor do you try to help solve the problem.
Clent: First you tell to tell us what you did with the controller, (split, add tact switches, etc) what controller you are using, (1st party, 3rd party, no analong, gray w/analog, etc) and mabye provide some clear pictures.
For the X button, Make sure none of your wires are shorted. Are they wired correctly, ie: in the right spots, no cold joints, nothing broke off, not touching eachother.
