new hobby maybe ?
Well me and a freind have had the idea of starting to do almost some Parkour like stuff. I wondered have any of you ever done stuff like this before, mainly climbing onto lots of buildings.
I was also thinking, what do you think I should do to get in shape for this, I can already run at least 3 miles because I did 4 everyday in the summer, but I do have no upper body strength so I guess its time to work on that.
Also does any one know how much trouble I would be in if I got caught doing this, or what the chances are ?

.
My friends were into this stuff last year (they seem to have lost interest now). They got on top of our high school during the night a few times, once they almost got caught. Someone called the cops on them, but they somehow saw the cops early enough that they all crammed into a car and then the cop pulled them over, he just told them to go home. They'd do stuff like wall flips during school, the administration wasn't too happy with them.
Parkour is pretty cool, I'm just too chicken to try much, I like having a fully functional body.

That crap's awesome. I'd do it whenever I got bored this summer, I used to run around the house 20-30 times when I was bored.

Depends on if you're good and if you do stuff thats above your skill level. Takes lots of practice, strength, and stamina. Is the sky blue? Theres many videos on youtube, one of my favorites is "Russian Climbing".benol wrote:So, how dangerous is this stuff? how hard is it to do? are there any videos on Youtube? (I'm sure there are. What isn't on Youtube?)
