Audio Programs!!!

i need a program that lets me take multiple audio files, and lets me overlay them, edit some properties (fade, reverb, volume)

Audacity always works.

Honestly, the only good one I have found is Audacity.

i got it. Now i have two audio files in, but how do i move one so that it doesnt play until the other one is already going.
