whats is the special port on the controller? could it be a usb port (make it easyer to use) if it is what can you use it for

I'm going to assume you're talking about the XBox, in which case yes, it is a remodeled USB port, used for memory cards.

Talking about the PS3? It's just for extension and using a cable to hook it up to the PC I think.

If you are talking about the port on the top of the 360 wireless controller then it is a port designed to be used with a special cable. The cable can charge the controller (if a rechargable battery pack is installed) using a pc or 360 usb port.

If you are talking about the Wii (which I doubt you are), the port on the remote is for the nunchuck/classic controller.
