EARLY Xbox 360
I took a look at my XBOX 360 and it has a date of 10/31/2005 !!!

Now, I know I got mine the day BEFORE it’s official release from a person that won it in a Mountain Dew Contest. Any Comments ??? I’ve had NO problems with it.
Has anyone seen a 360 with a 2005 Date ????

No, it doesn't.
Moving to Forum 42...
Considering when the 360 was released, when you got it, and the amount of time they take to manufacture, I think you've got yourself a regular launch 360.

It's not as bad as the time I desided called Compaq for some help. God!!! I thought there was no hope for me when this Dude answered me. This guy had two or three different accents but the mexican and japanese accents he had was dominant(I did not know that was possable). And when I read off my computers serial number. The dude got weired. Everytime I said a letter in my computers serial number he tried to add the military alphabet call sign to it. This is a real exsample: I said "X" and he said: "X" as in X-Ray. He was no help. So I hanged up on him. Then I called again and some japanese chick helped me(Go smart japanese chicks
). Oh yea if your wondered what I called about. I was seeing if there was any way to recover the files I lost after my computer crashed. It was a no because I had no recovery disks of my files.
Oh my god, I hate calling customer support, Dell, Comcast Cable, whatever, I hate it. I refuse to do it, so my mother ends up having to call, and she's incredibly technology inept, so nothing ever goes right.
