This forum needs a new skin.

I would make a real nice one if I had a template for the size and shape of all the stuff.

I'm sorry but almost every phpbb skin I've ever seen is nauseating or a pile of it. Especially the ones that try to regulate forum width. Ick. :P

You could probably port the phpbb skin of your choosing to a userstyle for Firefox.

Another reason not to install one: subsilver doesn't really heavily rely on images. Many phpbb skins do. Don't the forums eat up enough bandwidth as it is?

Why do people always ask this without ever once giving a good skin suggestion?! It looks fine the way it is, I think.

It could have a black background with green text and borders. Retro.
Why is it that every time I post in a thread, it dies?

It depends on how bright of a green you talking about.

Well that's why it wouldn't be default...

The only reason most colorblinds wouldn't be able to use it would be if regular text was green and links etc were red. If they actually couldn't see color (monochromacy), it'd look like a DOS prompt anyway, black and white.

To any of you who want to try to make a good looking skin. Ben once mentioned an idea of a Atari theme. It would have black, brushed aluminum and wood grain. If anyone wants to try to make one like that please.

If not, guess what make a suggestion as to a skin or make one yourself. It's really tiresome having people make demands for things when they don't even offer a little help or encouragement.

Im trying to figure out how to make my own skin, using Firefox userstyles.

Is there a better way to do make one? If not, Is there a way to make the userstyle showup only on this site?
