Freewebs help

Post by ghosstt »

ok, me and a friend of mine are making a freewebs site. When i used to do it, i would downgrade to crap mode so i could add in my own custom stuff via HTML. but this time, we like the template there is, but we still want to add stuff via HTML. is this possible in noob mode without switching to pro HTML mode?

Just set up the template normally. Then goto the File Upload page (Or whatever it is called) and download all of the webpages (they will be index.html, etc.)

Then just open them up in Notepad (Or your fancy Dreamweaver programs, whatever) and once your done editing, just re-upload the pages and if its already on the server, just choose to overwrite.

Btw, Freewebs = Crap. 110mb = 1337 (For Free Web Hosts anyway) Just my opinion

So true. Infact, only thing bad about 110mb is they only allow small files. But that was easily fixed with a file hoster with hotlinking.
