Genesis 3 has bad RGB? and Stereo mod question

I found a link for a stereo mod of the Genesis 3

It says that it doesn't have perfect RGB. What does that mean? I got RGB hooked up to my screen right from where you'd plug in the cable. But I can't see the screen very well right now though.

Then my qeustion about the stereo mod is... could someone give me a diagram for the amplification mod of the Right channel and possibly a Mouser part number or Radioshack.

also Does the SFX channel automaticly go to both channels or is it only on the left?
