Can someone tell me the exact differences between LoRom and HiRom carts for the snes (or any console). I want to know more about this because I'm planning to make my own flash carts this summer.
The idea would be to have a read/write switch on the boards so the carts could be interconnected with a programmer (or pc) the whole time.
