Forum Converter

I know someone with a forum that has a couple hundred posts, they need to convert from e107.org 0.7.8 to vBulletin 3.6.7. Anyone know of a painless conversion method to do this, a converter maybe?

vBulletin comes with many converters, and more can be downloaded from their site.
EDIT: 1500, i guess that's a milestone.
