It uses specially encrypted cards that come with the unit (so you're limited to the number of games you own apparently?) I'm not sure exactly how to get around that, but it seems really silly to me. Apparently it can run SNES and N64 ROMs, perhaps modified somehow.

The iQue as an official "N64 in a pad" marketed in china by Nintendo, it uses special flash carts that are "locked" to the console they came with. As far as I'm aware no one has broken the encryption on the iQue yet so unless you want to periodically ship your cart back to China/Hong Kong to get the games changed I'd steer clear.
