I have an old Intel Pentium processor from 1996, a computer motherboard also from 1996, various lcd screens (from calculators, those crappy macdonalds happy meal toys), some diodes, a solar panel, buttons, SPST and DPDT switches, DC volt in ports, modem cards, a parallel port & board...what should I do with it all? Anything you know of that I can mod with them?

To be honest, I don't know how you could possibly use all those for one thing. You might be able to use the solar panel to power something, depending on its size (I'm itching to make the GBA I'm getting solar powered among other things, just cause that would own). Looks like you have most of the parts to build a computer, you could just put them together for a old skool game machine for younger siblings or something. Other than that, theres not much I can see you able to do with the parts, most of them are too simple or complex to make anything with.
A machine of that power you can still do some stuff with.
Make it a router. This will require more ethernet cards or a switch, but you have full control over it.
DNS-web server. Namely you can use it to have your own website.
Experiment box. When you just want to fool around with something you can use that box. Granted it wont be able to run a lot of modern OS or Linux distributions but it's something to fool with if you want.
MAME. This is if you don't mind only playing 8-bit systems.
That's all I have for now.
