Best glue for plastic?

I need to glue two pieces of plastic together (basically). The pieces are going to be hit with a lot of force constantly, and I need a good, strong joint. I also need to be able to get it at a common store (Home Depot or something). What should I use?

Crazy Glue? Epoxy? Something else?

Home Depot has some nice products. If you want an insanely strong bond, use Amazing Goop Marine Epoxy. It's a 2 part epoxy, and should be applied to a very clean surface, but bonds amazingly strong.

Another good Home Depot Product is A super glue with an activator marker. All it is is normal super glue, so once you run out of the glue, don't do what my dad did and chuck the whole thing. This stuff is really good, but I trust the epoxy more. I use both. It's right near the Epoxy and other crazy glues.

If it's going to be under a lot of stress, the regular inexpensive 5 minute epoxy should be fine. (The plastic itself will break before the epoxy lets go.

I'm still sticking to ym 2 part spreadable epoxy. It's like peanutbutter.

solvent weld it the two pieces will melt together and become one
