DO all 7805s all have the same Pinout?

Because I can't get my SNES to power on anymore after replacing the original.

Well accually it is hard for me NOT to bridge pins, so I had to rewire it to the bottom on the Traces. (Because I had torn up the top ones trying to unbridge the pins with an Exacto knife.

No. But usually they're in a common package. If it's the common package, then the pinout should be identical.

Well I found out the Fuse was the problem so I bypassed it and fixed it.

yeah I got it figured out, now when I turn on the system, the screen goes slightly fuzzy for a sec then goes black and doesnt boot the game, yet the Power LED comes on.

but then after about 1min of thinking, I put the game back it and booted fine, BUT then I turned it off then on and gave me the same prob.

I was messing around with the Lockout chip, could this be the problem?

because I lifted the 4th pin to disable it, should I ground it? (Theres barely any 4th pin left, but I can always attempt a switch or grounding it.)

If you're on a PS1 screen, you should put 5 volts to pin 12.

If you're on a tv, clean the cartridge and cartridge slot.

Accually the games run fine without cleaning, I think it has something to do with the lock-out chip in the cart being confused or somthing, because the SNES lock-out chip is disabled (Oh well I have 2 other SNESs anyway.)
