CNC case design help!

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

I want to build a NESp to sell and would like to do it very nice with a CNC cut case. Are there any "free" programs I can download or something to draw the case?

Or you could get Illustrator. New for $499 I think. We got version 10 or 11 (can't remember which) on eBay for about $120.
